CIVIL ENGINEERING

The Department of Civil Engineering has been in existence since the inception of the institute in 2009.Civil Engineering involves planning, designing, executing and maintaining structural works. Civil Engineers design and develop infrastructure that are functional, aesthetic, economical and sustainable. So many career opportunities are available in Govt. Departments like PWD, Highway Projects, Rail Projects, Metro, Airport Authority, Defence Services etc., in private Construction Companies, in private Housing Development and also eligible to join the 2nd year of B.E./ B.Tech Courses. VISION:- To make the department a centre of excellence in the field ofcivil engineering. To provide knowledge base and consultancy services to the community in all areas ofcivil engineering. To promote innovative and original thinking in the minds of buddingengineersto face the challenges of future. MISSION:-

To offer Diploma in civil engineering and other skill development courses that add value to student competencies.
To inculcate moral and ethical values among the students.
To impart knowledge with emphasis on the development of leadership qualities in students.
To encourage students to pursue higher education and take competitive exams and various career enhancing courses.

To have regular interaction with industry and offer solutions to their problem.
